1.Overview

XWave respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This policy explains how to report content you believe infringes your copyright, and how we respond.

2.Reporting infringement

If you believe content shared through XWave infringes your copyright, please send a notice to copyright@thexwave.com that includes:

  • Your contact information.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • Enough detail to help us locate the material in question.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3.Counter-notices

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with equivalent information. Where applicable law provides for it, we will process valid counter-notices in accordance with that process.

4.Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

5.Trademarks
