When using XWave, you agree not to:

• Break the law or facilitate illegal activity.
• Harass, threaten, or harm others.
• Distribute malware or attempt to compromise the service.
• Send spam or engage in bulk unsolicited messaging.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

You are responsible for the content you share. In particular, you must not use XWave to share content that:

• Exploits or endangers minors.
• Promotes violence, terrorism, or hate.
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.
• Violates the privacy or rights of others.

To protect the service and its users, you must not:

• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• Circumvent security, rate limits, or abuse-prevention measures.
• Use automated means to access the service in violation of these rules.

If you encounter abuse or content that violates this policy, please report it to hello@thexwave.com. We take reports seriously and review them promptly.

We may take action against accounts that violate this policy, including issuing warnings, removing access, or suspending or terminating accounts. We aim to apply enforcement fairly and proportionately.

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
